KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Serves as Communication tower for all concerns of Riders and Drivers during delivery.

  2. Communicates with Sales department for delivery instructions.

  3. Communicates with Procurement department of pick-up instructions or anticipation of delivery from Suppliers.

  4. Performs checking of loose merchandise being picked-up by customers, courier or sales agent.

  5. Performs checking of incoming stocks from supplier or warehouse transfer.

  6. Performs checking of merchandise for loading to trucks.

  7. Inspects and checks completeness of Proof of Deliveries.

  8. Inspects and checks completeness of returned items based on return slip and notation on invoice.

  9. Ensures timely update of Fleet maintenance and repair history in GPS system.

  10. Digest GPS generated reports and provide final one for management's analysis.

  11. Prepares Daily Delivery Monitoring reports.

  12. Prepares Daily Sales Returns and Purchase return reports.

  13. Conduct vehicle inspection through the use of vehicle checklist.

  14. Reports to immediate head all issues concerning fleets.

  15. Regularly updates and send Daily SO and Delivery Report.

  16. Do other tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate Head.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Management reports updating

  2. Checkering

  3. Warehouse in-bound and outbound operations.

ADMINISTRATIVE:

  1. Prepares operations-related reports.

  2. Coordination

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of any four-year course

  2. Computer literate

  3. Knowledgeable on Automotive spare parts and warehouse operations

  4. Strong analytical Skills

  5. Good business acumen

  6. Good interpersonal relationship

  7. Customer Focus

  8. High sense of initiatives to innovate processes and problem solving

  9. Ability to make critical decisions

  10. Time Management and Process Innovation, Organizational Skills
