Job Qualifications

  • College graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience in Logistics.
  • Minimum of 3 years work-related experience.
  • Computer literacy and time management skills.
  • Ability work under pressure and strong analytical skills.

Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for riders and drivers during deliveries.
  • Communicate with the sales team for delivery instruction and updates.
  • Coordinate with purchasing for stock pickups and anticipated supplier deliveries.
  • Check and verify loose merchandise for customer pickups, couriers or sales agents.
  • Inspect incoming stocks from suppliers or warehouse transfers.
  • Ensure accurate checking and loading of merchandise onto delivery trucks.
  • Inspect and verify proof of deliveries and return items against documentation.
  • Repair and submit daily report including delivery monitoring, sales returns and purchase returns, daily sales orders, and delivery updates.
  • Analyze and finalize GPS-generated fleet reports for management.
  • Maintain and update fleet maintenance and repair history in the GPS system.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections using checklists and report any issues to the Supervisor.
  • Plan and orchestrate daily delivery trips for drivers, runners, and riders.
  • Work closely with the telemarketer, packing team, and sales order coordinator to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Facilitate and manage petty cash fund disbursements and liquidation.
  • Prepare delivery allowance requests and coordinate with accounting.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
