Job Description
- Support the Manager in identifying and engaging potential card issuers to expand the card base and market reach.
- Candidates must have specific card issuing or payment card industry experience.
- Assist in product development initiatives for potential issuers.
- Manage operational procedures related to issuing business.
- Provide support for the sales activities of the existing issuing team.
- Business level English proficiency is required for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and execute strategic plans to achieve mid-term and yearly KPIs.
- Work closely with the Manager to develop and launch effective campaigns and new products within set timelines.
- Track and analyze data related to sales activities and prepare all necessary reports and documentation.
- Develop new initiatives for existing issuers to drive business growth.
- Assist in the daily administrative tasks of the Issuing Department.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of relational database design and administration
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Preferably with background in Credit Card Issuance
- A minimum of 3-5 years of banking or financial services experience is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Candidates are required to have Philippine work authorisation.
