About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Staff to join our dynamic team at BATANGAS COUNTRY CLUB Hotel and Resort (PCK Trade and Realty Corporation) in Batangas City, Batangas. As a full-time Hotel Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing high-quality hospitality services. What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, lobbies, and public areas
  4. Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
  5. Performing various duties as required to support the overall hotel operations
  6. Adhering to the hotel's policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Must be willing to be assigned to F&B or Housekeeping positions.
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required. OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  7. Proficiency in English and the local language
