Brief Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee all on-site activities for high-rise construction projects. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to project execution, safety, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate all on-site construction operations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans tailored to high-rise construction challenges
  • Supervise and direct project staff, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and quality outcomes
  • Monitor and update the critical path schedule, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively
  • Implement and enforce robust Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs and site-specific safety protocols
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements:

  • Education: Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in direct supervision of mid-rise or commercial building projects
  • Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large, diverse project teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Deep understanding of QA/QC standards and safety regulations in construction
