Food Attendant

The Food Attendant is the primary point of contact for guests and is responsible for providing, efficient, and courteous food and beverage service. The goal is to ensure a positive dining experience for every diner by upholding Galley's service and hygiene standards.
I. REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to the Executive Chef
II. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Guest Service
- Demonstrate menu knowledge to answer questions and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Monitor diner tables, napkins and condiments.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures. Table and area cleanliness and maintenance adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards).
- Meal count monitoring.
- Side duty as partial Storekeeper, including stocks and inventories
III. OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As may be assigned by the Executive Chef
IV. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Vocational degree or higher education related to food service. HRM or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent time management skills
- Naturally friendly, polite and service-oriented personality.
- Committed, self-starter with a willingness to evolve in the role
- Meticulous table setting and general cleanliness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
