The Admin Assistant – Training & Development provides administrative and operational support to the Learning & Development team, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and documentation of training programs for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) restaurant teams. This role plays a key part in supporting service excellence, food safety, and operational consistency across all Moment Group restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Support

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions for FOH and BOH staff across multiple restaurant brands and locations
  • Prepare training calendars, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and training materials
  • Coordinate logistics for in-store and central training sessions (venues, equipment, materials, meals, etc.)

Administrative & Documentation Support

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certification files (e.g., food safety, service standards, compliance training)
  • Organize and update training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials
  • Track completion of mandatory trainings and follow up with restaurant managers on pending requirements

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with restaurant managers, trainers, chefs, and FOH leaders to ensure training schedules align with store operations
  • Support communication between the Training & Development team and restaurant teams regarding training updates and requirements

Reporting & Data Management

  • Assist in preparing basic training reports (attendance, completion rates, feedback summaries)
  • Update internal trackers and systems related to learning and development activities

General Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Training & Development team
  • Support onboarding-related training activities for new hires
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support learning initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in an administrative, HR, training, or hospitality support role (restaurant or F&B experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple schedules and priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and record-keeping skills
  • Comfortable coordinating with restaurant teams, including FOH and BOH staff
