Selection Criteria
- OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATED with bachelor's degree in accountancy/accounting technology/management accounting.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Must have exposure in XERO accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Smart and analytical, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
- Focused and diligent, able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Intuitive, with an ability to foresee potential challenges and find proactive solutions
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll summarising and recording using XERO accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks on XERO
- Take phone calls and liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Support senior accountants with ad hoc financial tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
