Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Head | Sales Manager based in Quezon City, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The Unit Head | Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of financial advisors to meet business targets, driving sales performance through effective coaching and mentorship, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role includes recruiting, training, and retaining top talent while fostering a highly motivated and results-driven team culture. Additionally, the Unit Head will oversee sales strategies, monitor business performance, and drive customer-focused initiatives to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
  • Expertise in sales strategies, target setting, and performance monitoring to drive sales results efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and operational data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to provide coaching, deliver presentations, and foster strong client engagement.
  • Proven experience in financial services, insurance, or sales; experience as a unit head or in a similar leadership role is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in financial planning or sales management are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM platforms, and basic office software.
