Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of licensed Financial Advisors.
  • Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance against targets.
  • Coach team members to improve skills, confidence, and productivity.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments for clients and present tailored financial solutions.
  • Promote Manulife's suite of life insurance, investment, and health protection products.
  • Lead by example through personal production and sales excellence.
  • Foster a high-performance and values-driven team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred but not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or people management.
  • Proven leadership experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be coachable, ambitious, and passionate about helping others succeed.
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
