JOB SUMMARY

The Business Unit Associate supports the growth and execution of sales and marketing initiatives across various channels. This role works closely with distributors, retail partners, and internal teams to achieve sales targets, strengthen brand presence, and ensure smooth operations within the assigned business unit.

You'll support the business unit in achieving sales targets, managing partner accounts, and executing marketing programs across different trade channels — Traditional, Modern, and E-commerce. You'll work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and brand growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of a Business-related or Marketing course
  • With at least 2 years of FMCG sales experience (Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, or E-commerce)
  • With experience in handling food and non-food products such as dairy and veterinary is a plus
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms for marketing and engagement
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Can drive and preferably holds a valid driver's license
  • A team player who's proactive, adaptable, and goal-driven
