DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring financial health, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning to support sustainable growth.

Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
Implement financial metrics to track performance and drive business decisions.

Risk Management and Compliance:
Assess and manage financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

Capital Management and Funding:
Manage capital structure and funding requirements to support business objectives.
Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations for capital allocation.
Oversee relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

Financial Operations:
Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support day-to-day operations.
Optimize financial operations to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans.
Provide financial insights and guidance to support key business initiatives.
Drive initiatives to enhance shareholder value and long-term profitability.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
With more than 8 years of experience in senior financial management roles, with a proven track record of success.
At least 5 years of experience in the Banking industry as a Senior Finance Head
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
