We're Hiring: Chief Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chief Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and a proven ability to drive process improvements.

Location: Makati, Philippines
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Chief Accounting Manager

What You'll Do:
Oversee daily accounting operations and manage the accounting team
Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with other departments to support business goals
Conduct audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks
Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making
Ensure timely month-end closing processes and reconciliations

What Were Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting management
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
