TENANT RELATIONS OFFICER
The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for the proper implementation of the company's existing guidelines and requirements regarding the construction and renovation activities of all tenants to ensure that the works completed are within the specified plans and standards of the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer tenant's questions regarding construction work, maintenance, repairs, and the general terms and conditions of the lease.
- Prepare, submit, and facilitate the execution of Contracts of Lease.
- Investigate prospective tenants' financial and credit status to determine eligibility.
- Collate regulatory requirements from tenants.
- Ensure that all necessary documents and deliverables have been submitted by the tenant
- Maintain an up-to-date listing of available properties with full details and spearhead the marketing of vacant and soon-to-be-open spaces.
- Ensure that all policies are being explained to tenants.
- Monitor contract expiration and recommend renewal rates and lease terms of existing tenants.
- Receives and adjusts minor complaints of tenants.
- Maintain effective relations with all tenants to ensure they are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
- Maintain administrative procedures to ensure an effective and efficient office environment.
- Perform other related duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Background in office space leasing is an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to effectively operate MS Word, Excel, and others.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make good, independent decisions and be able to effectively deal with stress.
- Possess or quickly develop good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Well-developed time management skills including the ability to identify, prioritize and complete tasks and projects in an effective and timely manner.
- Must be willing to be assigned on weekend and night shift
WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid Work Arrangement but may change depending on Company's operational needs.
