Job Description

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, and other related field.

• At least 2–4 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related administrative role.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.

• Effective communication and good negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or leasing software is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

• Customer-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.

• Willing to perform fieldwork related to market scanning, prospecting, and client relationship development.
