Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with various clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing essential support to management and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries in a professional manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange meetings, manage executive calendars, and coordinate events.
- Documentation: Prepare and process documents such as purchase orders, proposals, and marketing materials through LinkedIn and partner channels.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, organize files, and ensure a tidy workspace.
- Support Tasks: Assist consultants and managers with daily activities, including making travel arrangements and managing schedules for multiple projects.
- Marketing and Sales: Maximize presence in all channels to maximize sales through effective marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel. Mastery of social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe and other software to create marketing content.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role or its equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of communicating with people at all levels especially with decision makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
