Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the construction and site administration of the hospital project
  • Develop and implement detailed plans, schedules, site procedures, documentation systems, and records to support construction operations
  • Manage daily construction activities and ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and safety protocols
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, and schedules
  • Facilitate coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and government agencies
  • Prepare and maintain project cost control systems, track expenditures, and prepare annual cash flow projections
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
  • Identify and resolve issues and delays affecting project delivery
  • Lead and manage the site team, providing clear direction, support, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, health and safety regulations, and internal policies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with experience in public infrastructure or healthcare facilities
  • Strong technical competencies in construction methods, project execution, and quality control
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite
