About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Document Controller to support our project team by managing all project documentation, ensuring timely submission of reports, and maintaining accurate records for our construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, site management, and the head office to ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize all project documents (drawings, contracts, permits, reports, material submittals, etc.).
  • Receive, log, track, and distribute documents to the site team and head office.
  • Ensure that all documents follow the standard naming, numbering, and filing procedures.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
  • Monitor revision changes and ensure all team members are using updated documents.
  • Handle correspondence, memo distribution, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in preparing RFI, transmittals, and other project-related documentation.
  • Support the Project Engineer / Site Project Manager with administrative site tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure document storage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any business, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in document control, admin, or construction support roles.
  • Familiarity with construction documents is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site at Alfonso, Cavite
