Job Description

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing fiber projects (FTTx, OSP/ISP, backbone).
  • Assist in creating project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with Design, SAQ, Field Teams, Contractors, and Warehouse for project needs.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and standards are followed.
  • Handle documentation, reports, permits, and client updates.
  • Help manage project issues, risks, and on-site concerns.
  • Conduct site visits to check work quality and compliance.
  • Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are implemented across sites.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Engineering or related course (ECE/EE preferred).
  • With experience in telecom projects, coordination, or site supervision.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Knowledgeable in fiber installation, project processes, and design interpretation.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project trackers, and documentation.
  • Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks or sites.
