Project Site Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Play as one of the lead role for guiding the operatives and contractor on construction site

  2. Supervises and monitor all works and operations being done within his area of responsibility

  3. Enforces the implementation of quality control and safety at the jobsite.

  4. Schedules and plans all actual construction works and other related activities on site

  5. Oversee the actual execution of all activities conforming to the approved plan.

  6. Interprets Plans and specifications prior to construction.

  7. Coordinates the proper implementation of all technical plans and specification.

  8. Supervise repairs, amenities and on-going housing validation activities in coordination with the Site engineers

  9. Checks and monitor project status reports and accomplishments.

  10. Coordinate with planning, design architects /engineers and Construction Management

Units

  1. Conducts meeting for the workers, contractors, regarding detail of projects.

  2. Assist financial institutions for appraisal and housing take-out.

  3. Reviews and check contractor's billing.

  4. Prepares and review repair cost estimates, variation and additional works.

  5. Assist and handling of buyers/homeowners concerns and complains

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a license Civil Engineer graduate, or equivalent
  • With at least 3 years' experience in real estate industry
  • Preferably with experience in dealing with contractors and government agencies
  • Knowledgeable in processing contractor's billing, documentation of Housing Construction Status and Site Inspection Reports
  • Proficient in communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent in interpersonal and group communication
  • Pro-active and results-driven
