Nurse

Generally, responsible to ensure effective and efficient implementation of Company rules and regulations, policies, program and procedures such as the following:

  • Stores, administer and monitor first aid treatment on injuries, accidents and other health related illness on workers on site, and act as first aider on site.
  • Prepares necessary documentation / report and other reportorial government reports to be submitted to DOLE, DOH, BWC, OSH. Particularly reports pertaining to Annual Work Accident / Illness Exposure Data Report.
  • Preparation of report on maintenance of accurate nursing and medical record and an up to date clients case notes as may be required.
  • Monitors project manpower and attends to daily consultations of workers & employees on site.
  • Do a walk through / audit at site, canteen, barracks of workers.
  • Monitors subcontractors' fist aid kit.
  • Assist on emergency response of the project site.

Health & Safety Officer:

  • Spearhead the daily toolbox meeting and emergency preparedness with the workers and staff on project site.
  • Responsible in developing, implementing and monitoring compliance of Basic Occupational Health and Safety Programs and procedure.
  • To assist in the implementation and compliance with the current health and safety regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to ensure the safety and health of all concern in the project site.
  • Responsible to conduct an 8 hour safety orientation training to workers and staff on site to increase the health and safety awareness at all levels within the project site and/or organization.
  • To investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the Senior Officials of the project site or other officials of the company for immediate action.
  • Attend and respond to employees' safety concerns.
  • To investigate and report on all critical personal injury accidents occurring to staff, workers and / or visitors to senior official of the project site, this may include reports on damages that may be incurred to Company property among others.
  • Make sure that Health & Safety SOP are being followed all the time on Site.
  • Assists visitors from the local government who conducts inspections like DOLE, local municipality and permits and provide documents needed.
  • To act as liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies.
  • To assume other duties as maybe assigned from time to time as necessary.

Administration:

  • Assists site walk in applicants in our hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office regarding hiring process from time to time.
  • Monitors supplies of first aide kit. Ensures that all stocks for first aid and medical kit are always available on site.
