We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project-in-Charge to oversee the daily operations, coordination, and overall implementation of our structural construction project in Cavite. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple moving parts to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress aligns with project schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Monitor project timelines, material requests, manpower deployment, and site accomplishments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address on-site issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Manage site documentation, permits, and quality assurance processes.
  • Support project managers in meeting project milestones and client expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (licensed)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of structural works, site coordination, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage site operations efficiently.
  • Willing to be assigned full-time in Cavite.
