Project Manager

SOLARIC is at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution in the Philippines. For over ten years, we've been dedicated to designing and installing solar solutions for a wide range of applications, including residential, commercial, industrial, off-grid missionary projects, utility-scale farms, and even mobile applications on vehicles.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Implementation

• Lead the planning and implementation of solar projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage permits, regulatory compliance, and documentation requirements.

Project Execution & Control

• Track project deliverables and monitor progress, reporting regularly to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local laws, and environmental regulations.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and implement necessary changes to meet project outputs.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

Team Leadership & Development

• Support, direct, and coach the project team to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentoring for project staff.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, government agencies, and internal management.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and results effectively to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Project Evaluation & Improvement

• Evaluate and assess project results to identify key learnings and improvements.
• Document lessons learned and recommend best practices for future projects.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Renewable Energy, or related field).
• Licensed Engineer preferred (EE, ME, or CE).

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in solar or renewable energy.
• Demonstrated track record in managing medium to large-scale solar projects.
• Experience in contract management, vendor relations, and client negotiations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and financial management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to project sites regularly.
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and results-driven mindset.

Working Conditions

• Office-based with frequent travel to project sites nationwide.
• May require extended working hours to meet project deadlines.
• Close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
