AVD Engineer

BGC or Quezon City

Night Shift

Monday to Friday

Salary: 50,000-60,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage AVD host pools, workspaces, and session hosts
  • Create and maintain AVD images and scaling setups
  • Secure access with policies and procedures
  • Improve performance using FSLogix for user profiles
  • Troubleshoot desktop and app issues
  • Configure Azure infrastructure (IaaS, VNet, NSG, firewalls)
  • Monitor systems with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
  • Automate tasks to boost efficiency
  • Use Nerdio Manager to deploy and manage AVD
  • Work with IT teams to improve operations
  • Follow ITIL processes and use ServiceNow for support tickets

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 years in virtualization and Microsoft server/desktop environments
  • Strong skills in Active Directory, PowerShell, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and imaging
  • Familiar with Azure cloud and networking
  • Skilled in software packaging, patching, and cost analysis
  • Knowledge of VDI security and Azure connectivity
  • Experience with vendors like Microsoft, Citrix, VMware (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
