Responsible for supervising the mall's equipment operations to ensure the provision of necessary utilities for mall operations. Tasks include planning and implementing repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems to ensure safety and efficiency. Ensures compliance with government and local standards.

Project ManagementDevelop proposals for innovations and standards compliance to enhance engineering processes, productivity, and efficiency. Participate in performance planning for Resident Engineers. Secure management approval for proposed projects.

Mall HousekeepingProvide manpower or contractors for maintenance activities such as replacing lights. Regularly inspect tenant areas for cleanliness. Conduct house rules orientation for tenants' opening teams.

Mall Facilities ManagementPlan and manage operations, repairs, and maintenance of mall MEPFS equipment and projects. Ensure timely completion of CMMS PM, repair, and CAPEX work orders. Serve as Pollution Control Officer of the mall.

Mall Utilities AdministrationHandle service requests affecting utilities like utility meters. Assign service personnel for requests. Conduct regular checks on water and electricity supply.

Tenant RelationsParticipate in on-site inspections of construction and renovation (MEPFS). Participate in tenant safety audits. Assist in tenant egress processes related to MEPFS systems.

Safety and SecurityReport safety/security issues affecting electromechanical equipment and recommend solutions. Ensure MEPFS systems comply with safety and security standards. People ManagementManage recruitment, training, performance, safety, wellness, benefits, motivation, communication, and administration of team members to support talent development and company interests.
