Account Management & Development
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.

Sales & Business Growth
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth transactions and delivery of services/products.
  • Track client accounts receivables and ensure timely payment collection.
Customer Service
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Ensure accounts are handled in line with company policies and service standards.
  • Conduct customer feedback sessions to improve services and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in [industry]).
