Are you passionate about digital commerce and eager to grow your career? We're looking for a motivated E-commerce Assistant — and we're also open to candidates ready to take on a Manager-level role depending on experience and fit

What You'll Do

I. E-commerce Operations Management

a. Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations, including monitoring website/platform performance, improving user experience, increasing sales, and generating traffic on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok.

b. Ensure the development, updates, and maintenance of PBI's e-commerce platforms, including product listings, website design, and functionality enhancements.

II. Digital Marketing & Ad Campaigns

a. Work hand & hand with E-comm Digital Ads Expert in managing digital marketing campaigns, including ad campaigns on search engines, websites, and social media platforms, in coordination with PBI's marketing team.

b. Help plan and manage sale events, promotions, and special offers, ensuring that PBI's digital presence aligns with its business goals.

III. Promotions & Event Planning

a. Oversee the execution of promotions on e-commerce platforms, including managing sales, participating in online promos, and purchasing ads.

b. Help conceptualize new marketing strategies and promotional activities based on business performance and analytics, ensuring alignment with PBI's overall objectives.

IV. Platform Optimization

a. Ensure PBI remains up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, social media trends, and e-commerce technologies to maintain competitiveness.

b. Manage the implementation of updates, new features, and best practices to enhance user experience and overall platform performance.
