We are looking for a highly analytical and organized Data Analyst to support operations across inventory, e-commerce platforms, and customer support. This role will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, maintaining the SKU masterlist, analyzing order and dispatch data, and generating insights from chat support performance to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze inventory levels, movements, and stock availability across channels
  • Maintain and regularly update the SKU masterlist, including pricing, attributes, and availability status
  • Monitor and analyze order processing flow: ordering, dispatch, receiving, and fulfillment rates
  • Generate reports and dashboards on sales trends, stock turnover, order delays, and delivery performance
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for demand planning and inventory replenishment
  • Monitor chat support metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, types of concerns raised)
  • Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with operations to address root causes
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
  • Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams to align data and performance KPIs
  • Assist in optimizing customer support workflows and FAQ documentation based on data insights

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • 1–2 years experience in data analysis, inventory management, or e-commerce operations
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
