The Marketing Ads Personnel is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing online and offline advertisements to promote the company's furniture products. This role ensures that all marketing campaigns align with the company's brand identity, target audience, and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and Google Ads.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop promotional content, graphics, and product highlights.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to improve ad targeting.
  • Write engaging ad captions, taglines, and promotional copy.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, performance summaries, and analytics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers or ad agencies when necessary.
  • Support company events, promos, and product launches through advertising initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or advertising (experience in furniture or retail industry is a plus).
  • Knowledgeable in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
