Marketing Associate

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in implementing promotional campaigns, managing online and offline marketing activities, and strengthening the company's brand presence. This role helps increase sales and customer engagement by assisting in advertising, social media management, events, and marketing materials for the furniture business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Coordinate photoshoots and product displays for furniture collections.
• Help design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital ads.
• Support in organizing trade shows, exhibits, and in-store events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's marketing database and client lists.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
• Proficient in social media management and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
