Position Snapshot

We are looking for an individual who can be a key partner in providing capabilities and expertise to design and build functional learning solutions that will enable us to be a Partner of Choice for the Nestlé markets we support. The role is crucial to ensure alignment of the Learning and Capability Building Portfolio with Nestlé in the Market (NiM) and the function - Integrated Business Services (IBS)'s People Development priorities.

Work Location: Nestle Business Services, Meycauayan, Bulacan

A day in the life of...

Key Deliverables/Output:

  • Understand, assess and report the Center's Functional Learning and capability needs and priorities, based on the local business and people strategies
  • Define the local portfolio for ad hoc (non-shareable) learning needs (eg. competencies linked to specific functions, local compliance, unique center technologies, etc.)
  • Lead the design, build and delivery of the agreed selected "local" portfolio, also leveraging the regional Center of Competence (CoC), IBS and NiM resources and capabilities
  • Be part of the global Learning & Capability-building functional community, actively collaborating with ideas on new solutions, external benchmarks and learning technologies
  • Lead and coach the local functional training network in full collaboration with the IBS or NiM Training and Learning Team
  • Support Talent Acquisition in the delivery of local Induction and On-boarding programs
  • Support the delivery of the global and regional Learning solutions in the market (if any) coordinating the implementation and providing local trainers
  • Responsible for planning and monitoring of local learning investments
  • Proactively provide input and continuous feedback to the NBS HR Head and NiM Talent CoC leader about: 1) business needs and development priorities; 2) impact of the Learning & Capability building above the market solutions at local level (leveraging analytics and learning effectiveness global tools)
  • Support the Continuous Improvement capability building at local level
What will make you successful
  • 3-5 years' experience in Learning and/or Leadership Development functions preferably in a BPO, Shared Service or in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
  • People Management or experience in our HR functions is a plus
