What Will Make You Successful Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing label information or other inputs required to develop packaging Ideally experience managing label info or artwork destined for multilingual or multi-market packaging Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, eCommerce) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education Experience working with digital workflows, DAM, and document management Understanding of labeling regulatory requirements is an added bonus and essential for Coordinators supporting highly regulated Businesses/Markets Responsibilities Coordinate the development of label information in the flow of packaging-related visual communications for print or e-Commerce applications for innovation and renovation projects for one or more assigned Brand(s) or Business(es) Manage the Label Info Specification and/or SAP Labelling Record for assigned Brand(s) or Business(es), interfacing with all functions/individuals responsible for providing information or assets required for the D2D project success Enable clear communication between the project cross-functional team to align and maintain expected deliverables and timings Ensure D2D Execution Manager/Brand Manager (Brand Team) or D2D (/E2E) Coordinator (IMS) has access to required label information (text and/or visual elements) to achieve D2D project results on time and within budget and quality standards Maintain and manage team templates to ease execution of the Label Info Specification and/or SAP Labelling Record Maintain LIS templates, SAP Labelling Profiles and re-usable text and visual elements in Label Info Repositories Contribute to continuous improvement of Label Info tools through participation in the D2D Champions community and trainings on new functionalities Other Information There are opportunities to learn and grow within Nestlé’s global business services and contribute to cross-functional, end-to-end packaging initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
