  • Call cardholder/borrower to remind payment of credit card/ loan obligations
  • Personally visit cardholder or borrower to remind and/or collect payment of credit card and loan obligations
  • Negotiate payment arrangement
  • Encode collection efforts in Collection System or any given system
  • Conduct skip tracing
  • Coordinate with Cards and Unsecured Lending Operations and Loans Administration Department for cardholder/ borrower disputes, Statement of Account delivery details and retrieval of sales slips, adjustment of misposted and unposted cardholder payment
  • Coordinate with Cards Authorization and Fraud Control for fraud related disputes
  • Coordinate with Cards Credit for change in block code, change in cardholder information and retrieval of application form
  • Facilitate reversal of fees and charges requests of cardholders and borrowers
  • Log and monitor checks- Prepare daily collection reports
  • Prepare and file promissory notes- Prepare documents for filing of case
  • Prepare reports on canceled and written-off accounts
  • Prepare demand letters
