The Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collections process for outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolution of payment issues. This role involves leading a team of collections professionals, developing effective collections strategies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management:

  2. Supervise and guide a team of collections agents to achieve departmental goals.

  3. Set clear performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support to team members.

  4. Collections Strategy Development:

  5. Design and implement effective collections strategies

  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the collections team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

  7. Analyze collections data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize collections processes.

  8. Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:

  9. Handle complex or high-value accounts, negotiating payment arrangements and resolving issues to ensure timely collection.

  10. Maintain strong relationships with customers, balancing the need for payment with a customer-centric approach.

  11. Address and resolve disputes or concerns related to invoicing and payment.

  12. Compliance and Reporting:

  13. Ensure all collections activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.

  14. Prepare and present detailed reports on collections performance, delinquency rates, and recovery metrics to senior management.

  15. Keep accurate records of all collections activities and account statuses.

  16. Process Improvement and Collaboration:

  17. Continuously assess and refine collections processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  18. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to address any issues impacting collections and enhance overall customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php120,000.00 per month
