The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and playing a key role in strategic decision-making by providing actionable financial insights to senior leadership. This role will highly focus on Financial Reporting and General Ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  2. Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.

  3. Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and comply with applicable accounting principles.
  4. Compliance & Standards

  5. Financial Forecasting & Budgeting

  6. Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial projections.

  7. Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

  8. Internal Controls & Risk Management

  9. Ensure that strong internal controls are in place to prevent errors, fraud, and financial misstatements in financial reporting.

  10. Management Reporting & Presentations
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Licensure: Must be a CPA
  • Experience: With at least minimum of 6 years work experience in the Financial Reporting and General Ledger field

  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
