  • Act as a representative of the office that monitors the actual over all operations both administrative and operations specific.

  • Project a positive attitude and act as a ROLE model for employees/staffs.

  • Acknowledge and identifies issues and concerns of employees and coordinates to the main office to be able to provide them with immediate resolution and assistance.

  • Assists in recruiting and training staffs. ( Product/Job specific)

  • Evaluate employee performance and implement staff development plans.

  • Gives Recommendation on reprimands, action memos and termination of employees.

  • Identifies and report lacking supplies and equipment on his area and sends a request to the main office. (ex: uniforms,id's,safety shoes,etc)

  • Checks employee's productivity and work performance.

  • Conducts orientation, peer to peer coaching as well as discussing

Employees' areas of improvement and motivating them.

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to address violations of rules and regulations.

  • Announces updates and executes implementation of SMSI standard policies.

  • Execution of incident reports and action memos.

  • Determines employees' productivity and work performance.

  • Attends GA and area meetings of clients and updates the office.

  • Assist Human Resource in completion of employees lacking requirements.

  • Acts as a middle man/representative between employees and clients.

  • In charge of tracking and sending employees DTR's (timekeeping) to the main office for processing of payroll.

  • Provides employees schedules.

  • Responsible in sending weekly reports (soft/hard copy) to the main office about current issues and concerns.
