MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Management:

○ Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

○ Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

○ Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

○ Ensure adherence to project methodologies and standards.

● Team Leadership:

○ Assemble and lead high-performing project teams.

○ Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

○ Motivate and inspire the team to achieve project objectives.

○ Resolve conflicts and address team dynamics.

● Work Team Management:

○ Build and maintain relationships with work team members.

○ Communicate project status, progress, and challenges effectively.

○ Manage expectations and address work team members concerns.

● Risk Management:

○ Identify and assess project risks.

○ Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

○ Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

● Quality Assurance:

○ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

○ Conduct quality reviews and audits.

○ Implement quality control measures to prevent defects.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

● 2-3 years experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

● Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana,

Trello).
