About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven Website QA & Project Coordinator to support our Web

Producers on website projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, loves process, and gets a kick out of spotting the tiniest inconsistencies before anyone else does. Your mission: keep our website builds watertight. That means ensuring client briefs are followed to the letter, client feedback is correctly actioned, and every pixel of a Figma design matches what's built on the site. You'll be the safety net between design, development, and delivery—helping our Web Producers keep projects moving smoothly and ensuring clients get exactly what they asked for (and better).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting Web Producers in the project management of website builds, from design through to launch.
  • Reviewing client briefs and ensuring all design and development outputs align perfectly.
  • Checking that client comments and feedback are accurately documented and

actioned—nothing lost, nothing misinterpreted.

  • Conducting quality checks: comparing Figma designs against staging sites to ensure

pixel-perfect execution.

  • Raising and tracking issues in ClickUp and following up with designers, developers, or

producers until resolved.

  • Acting as an extra set of eyes for the Web Producers—spotting detail others miss and

keeping projects aligned to spec.

  • Supporting client communication by preparing clear notes, updates, and feedback logs.

Skills | Experience | Qualities

  • A razor-sharp eye for detail. You notice when a font weight is off or a button colour

doesn't match the design.

  • Previous experience in account coordination, digital projects, or agency work (bonus

points for website-related roles).

  • Familiarity with Figma and confidence in checking designs against live or staging sites.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills. You can juggle multiple builds and keep them moving without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Clear, concise, and professional with both colleagues and clients.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (ClickUp experience a bonus).
  • A proactive problem-solver. If you see an issue, you don't wait for someone else to catch it.
  • Team player attitude, happy to support Web Producers and collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists.

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
