We are looking for a highly tech-savvy Web, IT & Digital Media Specialist to support our team across website management, social media coordination, and IT troubleshooting. This person will ensure our digital presence is professional, functional, and visually aligned with our brand while maintaining smooth operation of systems and applications.

The ideal candidate has both creative and technical strengths — comfortable handling website updates, assisting with IT-related issues, managing online content, and supporting QA testing for digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Website Management & Design

  • Maintain, update, and improve the company website and landing pages
  • Ensure web content is current, visually engaging, and optimized for performance and accessibility
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing staff to implement design updates and new features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website or integration issues (forms, links, CMS errors, etc.)
  • Manage website connections with CRM systems, analytics, and automation tools

IT Support

  • Provide basic IT support to team members (software setup, troubleshooting, login/access issues, etc.)
  • Assist with system updates, connectivity, and configuration for business apps and tools
  • Help maintain user accounts, permissions, and documentation for internal systems
  • Coordinate with vendors or technical partners for escalated issues when needed
  • Support tech setup and documentation for new employees or systems

Social Media Coordination

  • Assist in managing and posting content across social media platforms
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across digital channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan, schedule, and publish campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and report on key metrics or insights
  • Suggest creative ideas to enhance online presence and audience interaction

Quality Assurance (QA) Testing

  • Conduct QA testing for website updates, CRM integrations, and internal tools
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs or usability issues clearly
  • Verify that design and feature changes function as intended before release
  • Maintain QA and documentation processes for consistency and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in web management, IT support, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
  • Basic front-end understanding (HTML, CSS; JavaScript a plus)
  • General IT troubleshooting skills (software setup, connectivity, permissions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma)
  • Understanding of SEO and website accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with QA or documentation tools (ScreenSteps, Trello, Jira)

Compensation:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
