We're looking for a Web Developer with deep expertise in Framer to join our team on an hourly basis. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing websites for a portfolio of Shopify and DTC-based brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can blend technical and creative skills, and is eager to bring design concepts to life through Framer.

Requirements / Experience

  • 3+ years of professional web development experience (agency or DTC brand preferred)
  • Proven expertise with Framer (components, animations, CMS integrations, responsive builds, custom code)
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, modern web design standards, and mobile optimization
  • Familiarity with Shopify (preferred) and ability to sync Framer builds with eCommerce flows
  • Ability to build, test, and optimize landing pages and full websites quickly and efficiently
  • Comfortable troubleshooting bugs, performance issues, and responsive design challenges
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and site speed optimization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills—able to collaborate with designers, marketers, and client-facing team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of websites and landing pages in Framer for DTC clients
  • Build custom interactions, animations, and responsive layouts using Framer's capabilities
  • Integrate pages with client tools (Shopify, analytics, tracking, third-party apps where needed)
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile-first performance
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure projects align with brand goals
  • QA test all builds across devices and browsers before launch
  • Stay on top of platform updates and proactively bring new solutions to the team
  • Provide ongoing site maintenance and updates as needed

Compensation

  • Hourly Role
  • Rate: $10–$18/hour (USD), based on experience and expertise
  • Remote / Flexible, but must be available during Central Time working hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php Php870.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
