Your Role, Your Impact

The QAQC Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of assigned projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget. This role involves leading and coordinating project teams, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety regulations, managing stakeholder communication, mitigating risks, and driving the achievement of project objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee and direct project teams to ensure tasks are completed according to the project plan.
  • Attend management and technical meetings to report on project status and address any issues.
  • Ensure implementation of approved standards, methodology, and systems to all assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Review, validate, and recommend documents.
  • Recommend tools, equipment, training, and seminars to improve efficiency and accuracy of site personnel in the discharge of their function.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and controlling costs.

Who We're Looking For

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
  • Preferably with at least 8 years' experience within the housing development sector.
  • Professional certifications in project management would be an advantage.
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills, with the ability to independently create clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferably a resident of Batangas.
