The Accounting Staff will assist in day-to-day accounting operations and provide support for selected treasury-related activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in both accounting and finance, with hands-on experience in general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and basic cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.

  • Assist in the preparation of allocation schedules for shared expenses and revenues.

  • Support the preparation of financial schedules like:

    • Advances to employees

    • Statutory and internal payables

  • Review and monitor billing statements, service invoices, and open vouchers for accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform basic treasury functions such as:

    • Monitoring daily cash balances

    • Preparing bank transfers and fund requests

  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Eagerness to learn and support treasury-related functions

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
