Join us as we shape the future of food in Asia and build a culture of nourishment and DescriptionThe Accounting Staff (General Ledger Analyst) analyzes detailed summaries of the company's accounts, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of the company's books on a Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) basis.

General AccountingUpdate and reconcile subsidiary ledger of Balance Sheet accounts. Assist GL Supervisor in preparing schedules for interim and year-end audits. Assist GL Supervisor in preparing MTD and YTD financial reports requested by internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare notes to financial statements for MTD and YTD.Ensure proper charging, accuracy, and completeness of financial transactions during MTD and YTD closing. Profit and LossUpdate and reconcile subsidiary ledger of Income and Expense accounts. Prepare monthly and yearly analysis of Income and Expense account movements.

Prepare adjusting entries for account reclassification. Perform tasks as assigned by PNL Accountant or Division Accountant. Inventory and Fixed AssetsAssist in monthly and yearly inventory and asset counts (Farms, Meats, Feedmill).

Other ResponsibilitiesParticipate in company programs and activities, supporting initiatives in quality, safety, security, sustainability, CSR, and risk management. Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO standards. Contribute to projects and improvements led by the FACT team.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. QualificationsB.S. in Accounting or related field preferred.

At least 6 months of experience in General Ledger Accounting. Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit processes.

Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Additional InformationWorking Conditions and HazardsLight physical effort required. Normal office environment.
