A receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in creating a positive first impression.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests warmly, assist them with their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, answer questions, transfer calls, or take messages for staff members.
Managing Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain calendars, and notify relevant parties about visitor arrivals or scheduled meetings.
Handling Correspondence: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Handle outgoing mail and ensure it is delivered to the appropriate courier service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma but College graduate preferred.
- Previous receptionist experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit to work and always presentable.
- Reliable and punctual.
Requirements:
- Valid NBI Clearance
Work Schedule:
Minimum 3 Days a Week (8 Hours per day)
Either 7:00AM - 4:00PM or 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Compensation:
Daily Wage - PHP 695 a day
