Internship / Reliever (Receptionist/ Reservationist)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Interns or Relievers to support our Reception and Reservations team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience, from reservation to departure. This opportunity is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality and fine dining industry.

Start Date: Last week of November 2025 or first week of December 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Support in managing seating arrangements and coordinating with the service team.
• Maintain accurate and updated guest records, including special requests.
• Help manage walk-in guests and communicate waiting times professionally.
• Assist in guest inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Keep reception and waiting areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support the reservations team with administrative tasks and reports.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Eager to learn about fine dining standards and guest relations.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and evening shifts if required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
