Job Summary

Overview

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to support the company's manpower needs, ensuring an efficient and professional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus activities.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding through job fairs, campus engagement, and social media hiring efforts.
  • Maintain recruitment records, databases, and reports; track metrics such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs and employment regulations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years' recruitment experience; manufacturing/engineering experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and time management skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php45,000.00 per month
