Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Onsite Only)

The Global Sourcing Group is currently seeking an experienced Google Ads and Digital Marketing Specialist to work onsite with one of our U.S.-based clients. This role requires someone with strong hands-on expertise who can independently manage and optimize online marketing efforts to boost website traffic, lead generation, and online sales. Training will not be provided—we need someone who already knows the skill well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns to increase conversions, CTR, and overall ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets and strategies accordingly
  • Support online marketing efforts including basic SEO, website updates, and analytics
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online visibility and website sales
  • Track metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with the internal team on marketing content and promotions

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding, targeting, and analytics
  • Experience with SEO, website optimization, and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite at JDN Square IT Center, P. Remedio Street, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
