Job Purpose


•Installs, upgrades, supports and troubleshoots authorized desktop applications, printers, and any other authorized peripherals


•Performs remedial repairs and general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment


•Resolves hardware and desktop application queries, issues and escalate to third party service providers wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.


•Provides expertise for any project that requires integration with Microsoft Windows Servers, SQL Server, IIS and/or Microsoft Active Directory

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent relevant work experience and/or hardware/software certification(s)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role with increasing responsibility
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification, Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS), or any MCP or ITIL certifications, preferred
  • Expert knowledge of desktop software and hardware support, troubleshooting and resolution
