This full-time Data Integration Lead position offers an exciting opportunity. You will play a critical role in driving the company's data integration strategies and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable data integration solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data integration architectures
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity across various systems
  • Optimize data integration processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the company's data integration capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data integration, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex data architectures
  • Proficient in designing and building data integration solutions using technologies such as ETL, ELT, and data streaming
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache Kafka) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Scala)
  • In-depth understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
