Job Summary:

The Junior Network (Maintenance) Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT systems through regular maintenance, software and hardware updates, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades, patch installations, and logical hardware inspections.
  • Respond to maintenance-related tickets and alerts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in logical hardware replacements, installations, and network mapping activities.
  • Document all maintenance activities, procedures, and results for future reference.
  • Support and assist in disaster recovery testing and implementation.
  • Participate in planning and execution of complex maintenance projects.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for maintenance-related technical issues.
  • Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT), or Computer Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a related technical or maintenance role
  • Basic networking and system maintenance knowledge
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with maintenance tool
